Employee Spotlight - Steve Houser

This month, we're proud to spotlight Steve Houser, who has been a valued member of the O'Daniel Automotive Group team for over 12½ years. Known for being dependable, adaptable, and highly likable, Steve is someone his coworkers can always count on. While he describes himself as a bit shy, one of his favorite things about working at O'Daniel is the friendly atmosphere and the way team members go out of their way to say hello and make everyone feel welcome.

Steve Houser is the definition of a dependable team member. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every vehicle is cleaned and ready, taking great pride in his work and paying close attention to detail. Steve is always willing to help and rarely says no when asked for assistance, often stopping what he is doing to make sure a customer's vehicle is taken care of promptly. Even when he doesn't have a vehicle assigned to him, he takes the initiative to pull vehicles from the lot and keep the workflow moving. His strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to doing the job right make him a valuable part of the O'Daniel team and highly deserves this recognition. 

When asked about his dream vehicle, Steve didn't hesitate to choose the Ford Explorer ST. If he ever found himself stranded on a desert island, he'd want Austin, Brent, and Mike by his side. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time relaxing with family and friends and values those relationships above all else. In fact, if he were to write a memoir, it would focus on the importance of being with the people he cares about most.
