Ashlee Williams is celebrating an incredible 9 years with O’Daniel Automotive Group, and her dedication and positivity continue to make a lasting impact on everyone around her. One of Ashlee’s favorite parts about working at O’Daniel’s is the strong, family-oriented environment—something she truly values, as it allows her to balance a full-time career while being a present, hands-on mom to her children. For Ashlee, family is everything, including her beloved fur babies, and that love and care carry over into how she treats her coworkers every day.
Known by her friends as loyal, caring, and a great listener, Ashlee brings warmth and authenticity to the workplace. If she were stranded on a desert island, she’d choose Melissa F for her strong leadership, Jessica for her contagious laugh and positive spirit, and Craig for his fun-loving energy—proving she values a balance of strength, positivity, and fun in life. While she doesn’t have a dream car, Ashlee’s outlook on life is captured perfectly in the title she’d give her memoir: “Have Faith, Live & Love and Just Don’t Care About the Little Stuff.” Outside of work, she enjoys reading, coloring, baking, crochet and knitting, gardening, and spending time outdoors—especially relaxing by the firepit on a beautiful summer or fall day.
