SPOTLIGHT - Tina Loucks.jpg

Tina consistently goes above and beyond for the company, arriving each day with a positive attitude and a go-getter mindset. She greets every customer who walks through our doors with a warm smile, making them feel like lifelong friends. Her exceptional customer service has not gone unnoticed—customers often share their appreciation for her friendliness and professionalism. Tina’s care extends beyond the Body Shop team to the entire dealership, always looking out for the success and well-being of others. Her dedication and commitment to O’Daniel are truly valued, and we are grateful to have her on our team.

Tina Loucks has been part of the O’Daniel Automotive Group family for 7 years, bringing dedication, positivity, and a can-do spirit to every role she’s taken on. Having worked in the Service Department for several years and now at the Collision Center, Tina has partnered closely with Jason Risser to coordinate service-related recall parts and schedule customers. Most recently, she played a key role in organizing parts and scheduling for Corrosion Warranty customers before their coverage expired—a rewarding and challenging task that resulted in a highly successful process now in place for future warranty deadlines.

When Tina’s not keeping operations running smoothly, her world revolves around her kids, Taylor and Wyatt, and the love, laughter, and shenanigans they share as a family. She describes herself as a “Jeep girl” at heart, but if she could pick her dream ride, it would be a vintage 1966 Volkswagen 21-Window Microbus—perfect for traveling and relaxing.

Choosing just three colleagues to be stranded on a desert island with was tough, but Tina says she’d bring Kelly Rothgeb for her guidance, laughter, and kind heart, and Brett Paul for his knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile. Her friends would describe her as funny, caring, dedicated, independent, and an all-around BAMF!

In her free time, Tina enjoys being with family and friends, helping others, catching a good movie, going to concerts, reading, camping, kayaking, and playing sports. If she were to write a memoir, she’d title it The Strength in My Strides—a fitting reflection of her resilience, passion, and drive.
